For those unfamiliar with the new, much talked about Sapiens study, here are the main findings: 1-Ultra Processed Foods (UPFs) are 3 times more likely to result in poor mental health. 2-While the effects of UPFs are the same on everybody, young people are the biggest consumers of UPFs. 3-UPF consumption shows links to depression.
