Editor’s Note: At Kazivu, we believe long-term habits are the foundation of success. Below, one of our alumni shares her honest reflection on her two-year journey in our performance coaching program.

I was part of a program for two years that really changed my life. This program was about setting goals and building habits. When I first started, I did not know how much of a difference it would make, but looking back now, I realize that it was a major turning point for me.
It all started with a one-on-one meeting with Anju Ma’am. This meeting was very helpful. I was able to talk about my life and what was going on. Anju Ma’am listened to me. Instead of just telling me what to do, she helped me understand what I wanted and figure things out for myself. Together, we made a plan that I could actually follow.
Every week I would meet with Anju Ma’am. Talk about what I had done. We would look at what was working and what wasn’t. It was never about being perfect, it was about being consistent. Having someone to report to and get support from made it much easier for me to stay on track. After a while, I didn’t even need someone to remind me what to do. I started taking charge of my own life.
The changes in my life didn’t happen right away. At first, they were small. I started getting into routines and being more organised, and I stopped putting things off until the last minute. Those small changes added up. I became more productive. I started setting goals and actually achieving them. I even became more confident.
My way of thinking changed a lot, too. The program didn’t just help me get things done, it helped me think differently. I learned how to deal with problems and stay motivated. The meetings were not only helpful but also fun, which made it easier to keep going.
One thing I learned from this experience is that making progress takes time. I saw some changes after a month, but the biggest changes happened after a year or so. Sticking with the program made all the difference.
Now, I feel like I am in control of my life. I make plans, and I take action. Being part of this program gave me the push I needed. More importantly it gave me the tools to keep going on my own.
If you have trouble staying focused or motivated, I truly believe this kind of support can really help. It might just change your life. I am really grateful to Anju Ma’am for her support, coaching and guidance. She helped me become the person I am today, and I will always be thankful to her.
