Founding Story
Like a lot of other ‘smart’ kids, Kazivu’s founder Anju aced through school and college with multiple scholarships and landed at her first job only to realise that it takes more than just intelligence and good luck to succeed in life. That success needs effort and hard work was something she had heard about but nobody had taught her how to do it.
How to set goals? What happens if we fail our goals? How to create a plan that works? Why do we feel like watching TV when there are better, more meaningful things that we could do? Why are some people more successful than the others?
Anju started her productivity work first with adults. Her work with adults over the past 3 years is what sparked the insight to focus on younger populations. Why wait till your first job to learn what it takes to succeed? It is never too early.
With Kazivu, Anju brings her experience in education, mental health and productivity together. She holds a PGD in Counselling from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (graduated Best Student), a certificate in Foundations of Mental Health Care from Harvard University, and another certificate in Trauma and Wellbeing Practice from Teach For All. Anju is also a Teach For India alumna.
